Measure straight across your knuckles
Place your dominant hand palm down. Keep your fingers together and relaxed.
Knuckle width
Measure the widest straight line across all four knuckles.
Keep it straight
Do not measure diagonally or follow the curve of your hand.
This chart uses width, not circumference. Do not wrap the tape around your hand.

At exactly 3.75 in, start with L when you wear wraps. If your width is 3.26 to 3.49 in or outside the listed bands, contact us before ordering so we can help you choose.

Put on your normal wraps, insert every finger fully and close a complete fist.
