Size guide
Find your shorts size
Fairtex BS1931 'Heart of Gold' Muay Thai Shorts
1Measure first
Measure a pair that fits
Lay your best-fitting fight shorts flat. Smooth the fabric without stretching the waistband.
Flat waistband
Measure straight across the relaxed waistband from edge to edge.
Outseam
Measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom hem.
Flat leg opening
Measure one opening from the inner edge to the outer edge.
Compare garment to garment. Your jeans size is not a flat elastic waistband measurement.
2Find your row
Choose the starting size
Lay a pair that fits flat. Keep the elastic relaxed and compare the garment measurements.
US unit: inches

3Confirm your choice
Give your hips and thighs room to move.
If two waistbands work, choose the larger size when the smaller leg opening catches your thigh or the fabric pulls across the hip flexor.
4Use this size
Apply the size to the product
Select a row above. Your current color stays selected.
When it arrives
