Our Return Policy

At MMA Warehouse, we stand behind the quality of our products. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, which is why we've created a fair and straightforward return policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Exceptions

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on mouthguards, groin protectors, or other intimate apparel items once the packaging has been opened.
  • Custom or personalized items (such as gear with names or logos added) are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping for these cases and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Process

  1. Initiate your return by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team.
  2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
  • This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible, as exchange processing can take longer than a new order.

Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returns of high-value items (over $300) unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred during the return process.
  • Please allow up to 21 days for international returns to be processed once received.

Late or Missing Returns

  • Returns received outside of the 30-day window may be subject to a reduced refund or store credit at our discretion.
  • If you believe you've sent a return but we haven't received it, please contact our customer service team with your tracking information.

Damaged Items

  • We strongly recommend you inspect your items immediately upon receipt.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage when signing for the package.
  • Contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
