Where do I enter a coupon code?

At the Checkout screen there is a blank field under your order summary that says "Gift card or discount code". Please type in your coupon code, then click apply. The discount will appear in your order summary.

How It Works
Find something in stock at a lower price on a different website or at a retail store? will match any authorized retailer’s current price*, plus we will refund you 15% of the difference between the lower price and our price.

For example: has priced a product at $100.00, but you found the exact same product on another website or retail store for $90.00. will refund you $11.50, bringing your net price to $88.50. Did you find a lower price after you've already purchased? No problem! We’ll still offer the 115% Lowest Price Guarantee for up to seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Which competitors will price match? will price match prices at U.S. authorized reseller websites and brick and mortar stores.

Which items does price match?
Almost everything we sell. The item must be identical, including model number, color, size, and should include shipping and taxes. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify. The final price from our competitor should include any additional shipping and taxes.

Which items aren’t available for price match?
We don't price match items sold on auction sites; used/defective items, taxes and typographical errors; supplements; and gift cards or merchandise credits.

How do coupons and rebates contribute to the price?
All coupons and rebates are deducted from the price of the product when calculating a price match.

Are shipping charges included in the price match?
Each price match is handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the offer and the store.

Are quantities limited on price-matched products?
We may limit the quantities of price-matched items, particularly if the competitor does. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.

Do you Collect Sales Tax?

We calculate and collects sales tax for orders shipped to a California or Illinois address.

I have a question about my charges.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Refunds can take up to a full billing cycle to appear on your account from the time they are issued, but in most cases, they post within 2-10 business days.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

Has my order shipped?

Click the Track Orderlink and fill in your order number and email address and click the submit button. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

How do I change items or cancel my order?

Please contact customer service as quickly as possible to cancel your order. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order once it is in process.

My order never arrived.

Click the Track Order link and fill in your order number and email address and click the submit button.

If you order displays your package tracking number(s), check with the shipping carrier to confirm that your package(s) were delivered. If your tracking indicates the package was delivered but you are not in possession of it, please contact customer service for further assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

Please check all packing materials to make sure the item was not overlooked. If you are unable to locate the missing item, click the Track Order link and fill in your order number and email address and click the submit button. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.

Once you have verified the item you did not receive has been marked shipped and delivered, please contact customer service for further assistance.

How do I create an account?

Click the My Account link. Then click on the "Don't have an account? Sign up!" link and follow the instructions to create a new account.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the My Account link. On the account welcome screen, you can add a new address or modify your account information.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information, and is based on several factors including the items ordered and the shipping method selected.

Please note that a valid zip code is required before some shipping options are calculated or can be selected.

I forgot my password.

Click the My Account link. Then click the Forgot your password? link underneath the Sign in button. Provide the email address associated with your account. Instructions for resetting your password will be emailed to that address.
Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, we do not have a wholesale program at this time.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes, we do offer a 10% discount to U.S. military personnel (active, veterans and registered dependents who are in the Department of Defense database). To apply the discount click on the button that says "apply military discount" when you are in the shopping cart. Then proceed to enter in your information to confirm your identity. Once your information has been confirmed, you will be provided with a coupon code.
