Georges St. Pierre is rumored to be working his way toward a comeback. The former UFC welterweight champion hasn’t fought since his UFC 167 title fight against Johny Hendricks, but he’s still enormously popular and fans are continually asking when he’ll be back in the Octagon. Winning your last 12 fights will have that effect on MMA fans.
Another sign of his popularity is that Affliction has put out three brand new GSP shirts, and they are incredibly slick. Here’s a look at all three.
The GSP Virtue Shirt features some amazing artwork. The text under the art on the front of the shirt reads, “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger – Fall seven times, stand up eight.” The shirt is 100% cotton and has graphics on the front, both sleeves and the back. It comes in either black or white.
The GSP Stride Shirt is part of the Affliction Sport collection. Like the Virtue shirt, it has graphics on every side, and it features the GSP trademark logos. This shirt is available only in black, but features a cool blend of red and white text.
The last of the new Affliction GSP shirts pays tribute to the champ’s greatness. GSP was one of three MMA greats that chosen to be on the first Affliction Living Legends shirts, along with UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez and UFC Hall of Famer Royce Gracie. The GSP Living Legend Shirt comes in white or black and features a Canadian motif. GSP’s “Rush” nickname is seen in big, bold letters across the back of the shirt.
