How do I return an item? Return Policy We are proud to accept any product in resalable condition (with any tags) for up to 30 days from the date of shipment - without any restocking fees. You may either receive store credit or a refund, less shipping. For your protection, undergarments, swim suits, mouth guards, protective cups, socks, compression shorts and supplements cannot be returned, even if they are new. All returns must be issued an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number in advance which can be obtained by opening a support ticket with our customer service department. As we do not process exchanges, please follow the normal returns process and simply place a new order for the desired product. |
