Returns Policy

Our philosophy is simple: we want you to be satisfied with the products you receive from We are happy to accept a return on any product in resalable condition (with tags and free of odors) within thirty (30) days from the date your order is delivered. - with no restocking fee!


How to Return


All returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before they are shipped back to us. Failure to obtain an RMA may result in your return being refused.


To obtain an RMA, please contact customer service, open a support ticket and provide the appropriate information listed below. You will receive a response within one business day with further instructions.


Please have the following ready when you contact customer support


  1. Order number
  2. Item(s) you wish to return
  3. Reason for return (choose from the following list):
    1. Do not want
    2. Does not fit
    3. Damaged - the shipping box or packaging shows visible signs of damage, likely incurred during transit, and as a result, the products within have sustained damage
    4. Defective - the box or packaging appears fine, but the product within is not working as intended or is damaged
    5. Received incorrect item




We know your busy lifestyle doesn't include time to wait around for return shipping, processing and even more shipping, so we offer a quicker alternative to the traditional exchange policy.


First, follow the above instructions to obtain an RMA. Once you have an RMA, box up your return and ship it back to us. Now, simply place a new order for the replacement item you need, and we'll process it and get it shipped to you right away.


Your new item will be on its way to you while your return is on its way to us. They may even pass each other on the way. In the end, you'll receive your new order and we will process your return and issue you a refund or store credit three to five days faster than a traditional exchange.




We offer several gear and apparel bundles that combine the products you want with great savings!


Because they are sold together at a discount, if you choose to return any part of a bundle, you forfeit the discount and any refund you receive will be less that amount.


If a component of your bundle does not fit or is defective, please fill out the information as instructed in the How to Return section and be sure to indicate it is part of a bundle and our friendly customer service staff will provide you with specific instructions.


Promotional Discounts and Items


We dig our customers, so we've always got a great promo (or ten) going, just check out our promotions page here!


If you choose to return an item that was part of a promotional discount, any refund you receive will be less the amount of the promotion.


If you received a bonus item with your order and choose to return a qualifying item(s), you must also return the bonus item. Failure to return the bonus item will result in a decrease in your refund equal to the value of the bonus item.


Manufacturer Shipped Items


We're passionate about offering a full line of gear to our customers. In order to maximize our selection, some of the items we offer ship direct from the manufacturer.


If you need to return an item shipped in this manner, contact customer support and fill out the information as instructed in the How to Return section.


This will help us maintain our strict quality standards and we'll work with the manufacturer directly to get your return set up.




Typically, returns are processed within two business days of receipt. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, you should see the refund within a few days after processing. If you haven't received your refund in ten business days after we received your return, please contact us for additional assistance.
