With one of the largest assortments of MMA gloves offered, we've broken them down into two categories for your convenience. Under the Training category, you'll find both boxing style gloves (i.e. 16 oz.) which can be used for everything from bag work to sparring as well as MMA gloves with extra padding and protection for light sparring, light bag work, or amateur competition. Under the competition category, you'll find true MMA gloves which are typically 4 to 5 oz. and offer only enough padding to protect your hands in competition while maintaining mobility and striking power. Always remember to wear handwraps underneath your gloves to further protect your hands and wrists.
