| What if a price is lower after I buy something? |

We are happy to process a one-time price adjustment if an item you purchased is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. This excludes any clearance or sale items that have been further reduced due to depleted inventory.
The difference can be refunded to either your original form of payment or a store credit. |
| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse (Illinois). |
| I have a question on my charges. |

| When will my credit appear on my account? |

Refunds can take up to a full billing cycle to appear on your account from the time they are issued, but in most cases, they post within 2-10 business days. |
| When will my credit card be charged? |

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s). |
