I trained in these shorts for the first time this week. I used them for jiu jitsu and a plyometric workout and they were great for both. I'm pretty lanky, so a good fit in the waist usually means too small everywhere else. These are exactly right in the waist and the length is still good and the thighs are not too tight as is often the case. They have some rigidity up the sides, which is nice, to keep them from riding up like a kilt when you're on your back. I give them 7 thumbs up.

These shorts fit me like a glove and I am a big guy. At 6'5" and 270 pounds they fit me great.
