I use them to train at home & at the gym. They are well made & offer good protection to the person holding & striking. They are good for per fight warm ups.

Pretty good pads, I use a pair at home and the gym I train at has them. Theyre pretty well constructed, the only problem some may have is putting them on by yourself as they are velcro straps as opposed to buckle straps. Chances are tho if youre using these you are not alone so its not really a problem.

I use these pads at the gym several times a week and have found no glaring issues with them. they are well made and can take a rigorous amount of abuse. the straps are widely adjustable and have no problems locking tightly around my smaller then average arms. the padding does seem to have a little give and this may cause them to wear out earlier then normal but at the moment they are great.

These are a great moderate price set of Thai pads. They are lightweight but still absorb impact from kicks and punches well. The velcro straps allow for quick changeover between partners for drills.
