It's pretty comfortable though the rigid neck takes some time to get used to. Compared to my friends singleweave, this one is a bit heavier and the airflow is a bit less as well - all expected since it is a goldweave.
I am 6'1" and approx. 166 lbs and the size A3 fits me pretty well and with plenty of room to grow. I would prefer the pants to have been a little longer though, but I think that is just a personal preference and most would find it a good length.
It is very difficult to maneuver the gi when trying to sew new patches onto it, but it is possible.
The Venum logo/patches are nice and no loose threads and appear to be sewn on pretty good.
All in all I am happy with the gi for the price I paid.
Really strong and well made gi, the pants are really thick and have double fabric on the knees, I don't think they will ever wear out! The jacket is well constructed and reinforced in all the right places and the collar is very stiff and hard to be choked by. I am 180cm and weigh about 70kg, I bought the A2 and the first time I wore it it felt a little large but after washing it it fits really nice and I would not want to go any smaller. The jacket and pants both shrunk quite a lot so bear this in mind if you try one on. The jacket stays closed during use which is handy, the collar has been stitched to the main jacket in the closed position to help with this. My only complaint is that the waist on the pants is quite large, although it will tie up around my skinny waist (I wear size 32" jeans) it is a bit bunched. All up a really great gi and I would buy another one.
This gi is super durable, outstanding quality and in my opinion doesnt get much better than this. I was a little skeptical (so was my instructor) on buying a AU[$] gi but after i wore it he and i were both extremely impressed. My only gripes would be it is rather heavy and it actually has shrunk a bit after washing, also i could image it being quite hot in summer (its winter in australia atm), but if youre looking for a gi that will last you years of full time jiu jitsu and dont mind spending a bit extra, consider this option.
