I use this for contact sports from wrestling to MMA to submission grappling.
The biggest surprise is how versatile the shorts are. With extra material at the groin area, it does not restrict any high kicks for Muay Thai, despite it being knee length.
Another great point, it is very comfortable for long hours of training. Unlike other shorts it does not absorb sweat, and does not stick to skin, great for hours of grappling!

i bought these shorts with high expecations, but was let down. venum by far makes the best looking shorts, but as far as fit,comfort, and mobility...theyre far from the best. they don't have elastic in the waist band, which is a downfall. also they are'nt very form fitting...especially to people built like me (5'7, 220 lbs, 9%bf). i'd reccomend sprawl fight shorts

  If you wear a woman's size 4 you should have a waist around 26" the smallest Venum Revolution Fight Shorts are a 31" waist. You might want to check out a different short or get boy's sizes.
