Perfect for grappling, jogging, just working out at the gym or doing kick boxing. Looks amazing. Love the way the mesh leggings connect to the shorts giving that extra flexibility without making the shorts too short. Would look great also paired with compression shorts.

Bought these for my first Ammy MMA fight, but have been wearing them for training. I get alot of compliments on how they look, but they perform great for jits, kicks, anything you would need them for.

These shorts are good looking and good quality, but the size is off. I got a pair of 36 knowing that I would have to wait until I lost more weight to wear them (a goal to shoot for), but even the size 38 doesn't fit well. I kept the shorts hoping to be able to fit into them, but it might take longer than I thought. I would recommend them but as with most of the Venum shorts and shirts I would go with a size or two bigger than you are used to.
