Generally training gloves are sized by hand circumference. Measure around the palm of the hand. 6-7" is XS, 7-8" is Small, 8-9" is Medium, 9-10" is Large, 10-11" is XL, 11-12" is 2XL. Sizes on the MMA Warehouse site run Small, Medium and Large.
