I use a rash guard everyday day I train. It doesn't matter what I am doing training that day (BJJ, Kickboxing, or MMA), I constantly wear a rash guard.
Only problem is I only have one of these Venum guards right now. Venum rash guards feel like a second skin. Just like the product page says, it runs small; so order a size bigger or shrink.
Drys fast, wicks sweat off my body quick. Works much better than t-shirts, never feels wet or heavy with sweat.

Got a this venom rash guard and a pair of venom mma shorts for Christmas. Both lasted about a month, using them once a week, so pretty much got four uses out of them. Great marketing.... very poor product. Very dissapointing!

The quality of the rashguard is good, its holding up as its designed to. The fit is tight as are all products made in brazil. The rashguard looked cool before I washed it, the black bled into the white the first time i washed it by hand, to make it grey and now this rashguard is used strictly for training. The venom design does not hold up
