Awesome shins, Dont move when checking kicks/throwing kicks. Good moisture wicking and keep the legs cool while training hard. No discomfort, excellent fit. Foot protection isnt great but its to be excepted with a grappling style shin. As with all grapple style shins, they are slightly difficult to get on and off but you get used to it. I use these for full striking training and they perform very well.

I just got them in a few days ago, trained with them that night. Deployed in Afghanistan, its great to have good gear to train with. I purchased the largest size which was XL. If you have big calves it might still fit tight. I stuggle to pull them on and off befor eand after training. They are comfortable when they are on. The toe guard is actually to long for me and covers my entire foot and the tip touches the mat, so I just fold it under. Overall I am less than avaerage height guy at 5'7. So it might fit everyone else perfect. Protection was great sparred for 2 hours and didnt feel a thing. Overall great product. I might recommend shin guards with straps in stead of slip ons if you have big calves.
