First off, these sandals deserve 5 stars... if they fit properly. They're unique and are really designed to improve posture, relieve tension in the knees and even help with the lower back.

I was super excited when I received these because originally I was just browsing for some cheap'o sandals then found these bad boys. The only reason I would pay this much for sandals is because it looked like there was some legit science behind it and BJ Penn endorses them.

Unfortunately, they are a bit too small. This is my first pair of sandals and I couldn't figure out how sizing works with sandals. Of course I just went with my shoes size (9) and I must say I'm a bit disappointed.

With regular shoes a 9 still gives me a little room in the front and a bit in the back. I read that with sandals it's supposed to the same thing, totaling an inch of free space. Maybe 3/4 of an inch in the front and 1/4 inch in the back.

My heel is all the way to the back and sometimes hangs a bit when I walk, and my toes are literally at the edge. I'm afraid I'll stub my toe again and get my nail removed (true horror story).

Anyway, even though they were like this I still thought I'd get used to them because I liked them, have flat feet, they look cool, and didn't want to return them right away without giving them a chance... this was a mistake.

I guess after wearing them in the house a few days and giving them an honest chance I realized it would be a better idea to return them and get a size bigger (there isn't even half sizes).

Well I just got the same ones back because there was some "use" shown. Well of course there was some "use" shown, I wasn't going to return it right away without even trying it. I was hoping I'd get used to them at this size after a week.

I gave them the benefit of a doubt in breaking them in and not waste their money in shipping but this turned out bad for me. If you like gripping the edge of your sandals with your toes then get your shoe size, otherwise get a size bigger.

I can't blame mmawarehouse, it's not like they could resell these even if it's very minor wear.

They're still fantastic sandals, just don't make the mistake others including myself made. I hold the company responsible for this flaw, and for that, their rating suffers.

If somehow I can get them to exchange my sandals then I would be a happy camper. Even though, they should really make the size true to shoes and add half sizes.

I would recommend this to a friend but obviously tell them to get a size bigger.

Love these flip flops. I use them every second that I'm at home. When I walk through the door I kick off my shoes and put these bad boys on. Very comfortable and fits well. It's just as advertised. If your on the fence about buying them I highly recommend making the move to get them. You won't regret it.

I bought these looking for footwear that had arch and heel support. These flip flops have helped support the high arch in my foot and have helped mitigate the Morton's Neuroma that I have had developing in my feet for the past five years. They are great for anyone ranging from BJ Penn fans, to people that want durable footwear, to people that train in sports and want to prevent falling arches. I know I will be getting another pair when these ones wear out.

It's true these are the best pair of flip flops I have ever purchased. You don't need to break these in before going on long strolls without getting blisters. Sturdy base and build, REAL sturdy.
