As always, hard to beat Under Armour. If you wear an XL or XXL t-shirt, I recommend the XXXL in this because you'll have less binding in the shoulders if they're bigger like mine. If you want "true compression", stick with the XXL.

This shirt is incredible, it keeps me cool on those hot days in the gym, and it keeps me from getting scuffed up during BJJ. It's compression fit, so it doesn't slide around or get twisted up either.

You could wear this for anything, I often think of wearing it casually since it breathes so well in miserable heat. When I drive home and roll the windows down with it on, I instantly cool down.

The only con is that I wish I had more of them!

I use this product for all forms of training whether it be endurance bootcamp, boxing training, or full MMA. It is comfortable to train in, allows great movement and air flow to prevent overheating, and of course looks sick. The only thing is the material is lightweight and very thin so I would avoid grappling in it to prevent risk of tearing.
