My kids train 5 to 6 days a week. They love this spray. They like the taste. I like knowing that it helps kill germs. Only problem is that they want to use it over and over we are running out fast. I wish they sold a bigger bottle.

If you use a mouth guard you will want to get this. Cleans your mouth guard well and tastes good. I hit my mouth guard with this a couple of times anytime i spar.
