I use this before and after every exercise to get my muscles warm. I love the feeling of the grips. I have huge hands so the ergonomic style grips are amazing.Personally, I didn't like the overwhelming plasticy smell of the product when it came, nor the lubrication on the rope itself but other than that it is an amazing product.
