Make sure that you only use them in-doors! The product description is all that you need to know. Although it could express more clearly that these shoes ARE good for indoor training besides sparring!

The only con is that they can be irritating to tie because the velcro of the protective covering snags the laces. But that's no big deal.

Great grip, great feel, stylish, and UFC pasted on the side and bottom. Sick pair of shoes.
