Comments about UFC Pro MMA Headgear:

This was the first headgear I bought, and the first time I used it it moved everywhere. I had to stop constantly during sparring to move it back into place and eventually just ended up not wearing it. It's not worth buying, plus if it moves up your chin is completely exposed, I wouldn't waste your money.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I use it for display, I don't plan on having anybody punch me in the face with it on. However if somebody decides to punch me in the face I would prefer to have it on.

  A:
  To measure for a hat/headgear, use a tape measure and measure around the head. If the measurement is up to 21 5/8, choose Small. If the measurement is from 21 5/8 and up to 22 3/8 inches, choose Medium. If the measurement is from 22 3/8 inches to 23 1/2 inches, choose Large. If the measurement is over 23 1/2 inches, choose XL.

Do my nose have have a little bit of protection with the cheek protection ? if not do you have any head gear that offers a protection for my nose with some bigger cheeks protectors ?

  This type of headgear alone does not protect the nose. There is a nose bar you can purchase to attach.
