If you want just spandex than this is a good item. but as a groin protector its horrible. the cup slides into a pocket and it does not fit you how its suppose to. the bottom of the cup points out and does not protect you where you need it.

It fits good but the cop it self is too loose, it can move around to much which is not comfertable if you grapple

I have been doing Brazilian jiu-jitsu for about a month now and purchased these shorts to wear at the training center underneath my gi. The shorts are pretty decent; I like texture and the material, and the protective cup works well. The only thing that I did not like was the waist-band; it did not feel snug enough for rolling around on the mat. Otherwise, I have no issues with the shorts and still wear them for training.

I picked this up mainly for the price and figured that it would be a good alternative at least during trainings. So far I have been presently surprised with the comfort over all. Lets be honest these things arent that comfortable to begin with but they are a necessity. I believe it will now become my everyday piece instead of just my training gear.

Okay for a cheaper range product but if you want to protect your junk i would recommend spending the extra money.
