I was surprised to find that the padding on these guards were really solid as compared to other budget grappling guards. I also find that its not a far-cry from other grappling guards twice the price. I give it 5 stars because of the value for money. In my opinion, grappling guards are not for full-on sparring so the padding will never be as good as stand-up shin guards anyway. I do advise to order a size up when purchasing grappling shin guards as they can be a pain to put on.

They give great protection but after few trainings some of the stiching had torn. They`re little bit hard to remove but overall I am satisfied because I bought them for just [$].

These are great. Can check hard kicks or kick knee and barely feel it. A lot of protection but very mobile and light weight. No problems with durability.

I go to Muay Thai/grappling/kickboxig class 3 days a week I have had these for about 2 weeks and already the pad is tearing at the stitch right below the knee, they provide great protection when checking kicks and delivering them but the durability on these shins is not very good
