Lay the shirt flat with the front facing up and measure from the point where the arm meets the body to the same point on the other side of the shirt. Double that measurement.
Length
Measure from the seam of the back collar (where the top of the tag would be) to the bottom of the waist.
Side
Measure from the point where the arm meets the body to the bottom of the waist.

i love the design on the shirt and i love pretty much everythign from Throwdown but when i ordered this shirt i expected it to fit like the others and it didnt. it ran very small. i ordered a XL and it felt like a M. i ended up giving it my neighbors son since he is little kid.
