Before purchasing this gi, I always wore men's gis. They had great durability, but the sizing was never right for my long limbs and slim body. I'm 5'8" and 130 pounds and the F4 fits like a dream, with all the durability and quality I got with men's gis. I love the look of it, too. I've washed it several times (cold water, air dry) without shrinkage. A++.
Feels true to size

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Depending on your body measurements, it might be an F4. However, you should contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell them your measurements rather than weight, and they will be able to help you find the right size for your order.

what size should i get ? im 5 feet tall about 165 pounds.
According to your dimensions, an F2 may be the best fit because of your height. However, I recommend to reach out to one of our customer service representatives. They can provide the best advice for Gi size. You may contact one of our customer service representatives at email@example.com. Please provide your height, weight, arm length, waist measurement, and shoulder to shoulder length.
