After yoga I shower then put this shirt on to leave and my core heat is locked in but i"m not over heated...can't wait to start Tai-Chi and use it for the same purpose....

"Juniors" size is not for women. I'm 5'7" 150lbs, wear M to L in women's shirts. Ordered XL in Juniors - It did NOT work. I couldn't even get my arms in. Problem is that all the cool t-shirts are labeled as "juniors," very few shirts state "womens."
