Love it I can feel my hand and leg speed improving. I tried it out on all our bags, great for shadow boxing and when on mitts. Great for that extra umph while conditioning too, pushups and box jumps. Only setback for me is I'm shorter than the average fighter and don't feel the bands for the full range of motion.

i use the python striker daily. i feel the difference and my coach says my power and speed and endurance are much better! will be getting other products as well
