i use this product for 7 rounds of kick drills twice a week and i can already tell it has made my kicking way better and more explosive. i cannot say anything bad about it. its a perfect tool for improving kicks.

what color should the heavy (25lbs) ones be? i had bought them and they gave me orange ones and the packet it came with says they should be blue..Know the answer? Answer this question
