I ordered this cup about three weeks ago to use for both grappling and Muay Thai. Been wearing it 3-5 times a week and I haven't had any problems with it in either case. The cup is comfortable and the L size is perfect for my 36" waist.

I've used this cup during MMA training so far, and even though I haven't taken any hard shots to it yet, I inflict my own hard shots to it before I hit the mat, to test it. After a little adjusting I don't feel any discomfort when I test it.

This is the best cup I've ever used so far. The only reason I didn't give this product a total of five stars, is the fact that I've had this cup less than a month, and after the first time I washed the strap ( by hand), there are a few vertical runs in the frontal white fabric portion of the strap.

This obviously means I'm gonna have to replace the strap alot earlier than I would have prefered. Other than that, the cup itself is solid, and the strap fits comfortable and snug.

One thing I would specifically like to say to MMA Warehouse is this. I don't know if this is something I overlooked, but just in case I didn't, I think it would be very helpful ( In reference to this style of product) to list the waste sizes of the straps, so that the customer doesn't have to guess at it.

Thankfully for me, even though I was one size off in my estimate, the waste band still stretched far enough to fit me.

I use this when I'm training in wrestling based Jiu Jitsu and so far it has been awesome. I've taken a decent shot to it a couple times and have walked away unscathed. What really surprised me was the comfort level. Once you get rolling you don't even realize that you have it on until you take a shot and then you're glad you do. I would definitely recommend this products, especially for the money.

I bought this new cup when i got a new set of roadrace leathers from my sponcer. Rhe Bio-Flex Cup fit perfectly in the pro race suit groin pocket without having to wear the jockstrap. Wearing it holds the boys nice and securely and keeps em safe from the tank, hay bails and telephone poles and other dumbass rider obsticals! After wearing this badboy for 24 hour endurance races, a man gets to know his cup. Unlike the BIKE cup i use to wear,Shock Dr flexes perfect with movement and give enuff room for the manhood to be happy. The cup stays well in position requiring almost no readjusting. The old BIKE cup is way more ridged and thinner and wouldnt stay in place in the race leather and would work its wat downward due to the shape. The Shock Doctor BioFlex Cup is Definatly Pro Champion Grade Protection!
