This is the best compression short and cup combo on the market. I wear my Shock Doctor compression shorts and cup for Jiu Jitsu and MMA and rarely notice I have them on. I see a lot of other guys constantly adjusting their cup and hear them talk about pinching, but I have not experienced those issues. The only negative I can say is that the waistline is too high. I find that the shorts fit better when I fold down the waist. I would highly recommend Shock Doctor compression shorts and cup to anyone who trains combat sports.

I bought the full compression short version of this and promptly lost it, so decided to try this one when ordering another. Overall, I haven't found anything better for the price point. I'm not about to spend over $100 on a can, and this product exceeds my expectations for half the price of similar models. From high kicks too butterfly guard sweeps to armbars, you get full protection and very minimal restriction.

It's very flexible and comfortable, but as a low guy (5'7) i found it a bit long, so it could get a bit uncomfortable at the bottom of the cup. Otherwise I'd deem it perfect for Jiu-Jitsu or Wrestling, as it doesnt restrain any movement or feel uncomfortable when you get into weird positions.

Great price for what you get, most comfortable cup you can find and the shorts hold it in place well. I prefer boxer length personally, i feel like i have more movement in my legs and the full length compression shorts feel too long (don't need that much coverage down your leg especially when training in a hot gym). Just get these shorts you will love them.
