I will never wear this thing again. It is like wearing a coconut shell. I took one to the groin and was hurt more by the cup! This thing is dangerous and I would recommend that everyone stay away from it.

Big fan of shock doctor equipment. the only thing I could say is remember to order the jock with it. I had to basically use shoe strings to keep it in place but works great.

Increased confidence, and one body part less you would worry to protect The gel edges and new design make it very comfortable at an extra expense of $10 than other regular cups. Quite sure its stronger than other plastic cups.
