Great for non-competitive action. Simple to mold and average on helping you breathe. Doesnt absorb shock as well as a double sided mouthpiece.

Just your average boil and bite guard. It'll do for pad work and some basic sparring, but you might want to get something a little nicer. I had to keep reboiling it to get a proper fit, but that was probably my fault anyways. Always felt a little big. Nice and tight now though.
