Not much to really say. I bought this item and yes, it does protect very well. Okay, I did take a hammer to it while wearing it to see how effective it is. After about the 4th or 5th swing, I was very impressed. Didn't feel any discomfort from impact.

The only downside to this product was the size. It definitely was smaller than I thought. But that is really my only complaint.

You can design and design all you want, but no groin cup holster protects as well as a good ol' fashioned jock-strap lol. Cuz if any of you has worn a groin cup inside compression shorts, then you know right away just how protective they are as soon as you start to grapple, or take a big shot right in the sweet spot... HARDLY AT ALL. The cup will slide and twist when you need it to stay in place the most while wearing it inside compression shorts. So I highly recommend the Shock Doctor Power Supporter along side with the Shock Doctor Titan Alloy Flex groin cup and a pair of compression shorts on top for optimal support and protection.

I bought this product after having some issues with my compression shorts. With the shorts, the cup would slide around and move while grappling. This strap holds everything firmly in place with no discomfort.

My only concern is the durability of the product. The first time I washed it, some of the threads and elastic became exposed. It hasn't worsened in the subsequent washes, but I have a feeling I will have to replace it sooner than I anticipated. That said, it was still well worth the money.

I ordered a medium one, my waist is about 32'' and this shock doctor cup fits perfectly and is very comfortable. The elastic band on the waist is just tight enough so it doesn't move at all when exercising. It does his job perfectly. I use it mainly for stand-up training and sparring.

This product is great. It protects me well during full contact sparring sessions. I am still able to throw kicks and use footwork without being bothered.
