I can feel like Shinya Aoki and I can feel Roll without anything going against My hip flexors (due to history of wearing Hardened cups) And the cup is so durable I let my bro kick me in the [*] 3 times. I can sortof feel the force slamming against my the Genitals. But it's not as bad as if you were to get hit without it. And the leggings are so comfortable it feels like it's attached to you. But it doesn't feel like glue even though you sweat.

This product is great for training in kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu class on cold nights. Also, the cup is narrow toward the crotch so it does not push the thighs as much as other soft lined cups. I now use this cup in all my other jock boxer briefs. The BIKE cups I usually used were too bulky for grappling and BJJ class. Not to mention that cups are now banned for BJJ competition. I think the narrower cup is less of a cheat when it comes to learning your arm bars.

I had never tried Shock Doctor's Long Compression Leggings, so cannot say if they, like the old Shock Doctor Power Compression Shorts, have been redesigned [...]. But I can say I don't like them. The cup doesn't sit comfortably and it moves around during use.
