Great for BJJ, mouth gaurd is cheap, comfortable, and it molds easy. kicked in the jaw, and every thing was fine. only con is the mouth gaurd doesant protect the bottom jaw verry well, but the way it sets your bottom jaw slightly back it seems to be unexposed. great mouth gaurd dont wast money on exspensive one unless your competing then get s custom UFC made for $100 and get really good protection.

Got this for my little brother. He had some issues molding it, but said everything else about it is great! He is just starting out and gets knocked around a bit by his sparring partner (MMA gym). He's still got all his teeth and is going into the gym more confident knowing he has a bit more protection.

I followed the instructions and it molded very well. My only issue with this is the top part has a sharp edge/corner that can easily cut the upper lip if struck there. It's a thick rubber material, but still sharp to the sensitive upper lip. Why it was designed like that, I have no idea. I haven't had the chance, but I will try to sand it down.
