The Bioflex cup is great, but be carefull about sizing. Although only 140 lbs and small frame, I find the XL cup (dark blue) to be a better fit than the regular adult size (black). Jockstrap sizes run small, too, and I need a L although my hip size says M should do. By the way, the jock is great with or without the cup because the inner lining holds everything very snug to the body. I use it for all activity, including swimming.

Awesome cup, great flexibility but still very protective. Perfect for mma.

This cup works perfect in a jock strap, but when in compression shorts it seems to float a lot and can pinch extra things while rolling you might find uncomfortable! Then again most compression shorts do that anyhow with any cup. For the price and size, you cannot beat it. The XL cup was a decent fit, I think a 2 XL needs to be sold though!
