We stock our products and we don't do back orders! Unless specifically noted
on the product page (such as "ships directly from manufacturer"), your order
should be shipped the same business day as long as
it is received before 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excludes international and military shipments). If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes
temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified
via phone and/or e-mail.
When will I get my order? For U.S. UPS Ground Transit times, please view our Outbound Map. All other domestic delivery types should arrive before the end of the corresponding business
day offered by the shipping method. For example, a 2nd Day Air order
placed on Monday before 3:00 PM EST will arrive on Wednesday. If
ordered after 3:00 PM EST it will arrive on Thursday. Please note that
we do not offer UPS Saturday delivery, therefore, if you order before
3:00PM EST on Friday with Next Day Air shipping, your order will arrive
on Monday.
Canada Shipping via UPS (We are a non-resident importer) - excludes YT & NT Provinces
Orders shipped via UPS to Canada are shipped door-to-door with tracking and are calculated to include discounted, pre-paid brokerage and GST charges for your convenience.
This is through a special agreement we have with UPS and you will not
have to pay any fees upon delivery as they are already pre-paid at
checkout. Canada orders with Standard shipping ship on Tuesdays & Fridays; estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Orders with Expedited shipping ship daily; estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days. All delivery time frames depend on customs processing.
International Shipping (all countries including Canada)
International orders are
shipped via USPS Express Mail International. Customers are responsible
for any customs fees and duties charged by their respective countries.
International orders ship within 2 business days. Estimated delivery
time is 7-10 business days.
Military and AK/HI Shipping Estimate
Orders to
military addresses and AK, HI, PR & GU are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Military. Orders ship within 2 business days. Estimated
delivery time for AK, HI, PR & GU is 3-5 business days. Please note that there is no estimated delivery time for military mail due to military mail procedures.
Billing Address and PO Boxes If you are paying by credit card, your billing address must match your credit card billing address (i.e. the address your statements are sent to). Incomplete or inaccurate shipping and/or billing information may result in delays to your order. Also, please note that UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
