We stock our products and we don't do backorders! Unless specifically noted on the item page, anything you order is physically in our warehouse and will be shipped the same business day the order is placed as long as it is received before 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. If for any unforseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified via e-mail.
When will I get my order? For UPS Ground Transit times, please view our Outbound Map. All other delivery types should arrive by the end of the corresponding business day offered by the shipping method. International orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority and Global Express and can take anywhere from approximately 6-15 business days to arrive depending on the shipping method chosen.
Correct Billing Address and no P.O. Boxes Please! If you are paying by credit card, your billing address must match your credit card billing address (i.e. the address your statements are sent to). Incomplete or inaccurate shipping and/or billing information may result in delays to your order. UPS will also not ship to P.O. Boxes.
