I find this rash guard to be much more comfortable than your standard compression shirt. Has a great feel to it and the seams looks smooth, strong, and high-quality. Breathes well and stays pretty cool.

The only thing that prevents me from giving this 5 stars is the fit. I normally am a straight up XL, and sleeves on this are about 2inches too long. Torso length is good, so going down to a Large for the sleeve length would probably leave it short at the waist. If your arms are proportionally a little longer than average, this should fit you fine.

I love Sprawl products for their high on function and quality / low on flash and trendiness standards. And this top is no exception... except that, for me, it isn't a great fit. I am 5'10, 165 lbs (75kg) and almost always a medium for any upper body clothing. And this top as a medium does fit great across the shoulders and chest, but the sleeves are a little long and the body length a little short. It's no big deal with the sleeves, the cuff is not wide enough for it to slide down onto my hand or anything, but with the shorter body length i find it is often riding up. Other than that, great grappling top - breathes well, not too loose, usual Sprawl high standard, i'd recommend it, especially if you have unusually long arms and can order a size up!
