Love product overall. It absorbs hard kicks and punchs great. Great for full contact training. Still allows movement while wearing gear.

My only suggested changes would be: (1) make thigh pad a little wider so it can also protect inside of thigh; and (2) make belt for belly pad velcor for easier on and off.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
