I bought this product because I was tired of abusing my forearms at the gym's generic pads. I used to cringe when paired up with a heavy kicker. Their kicks would feel like baseball bats to my forearms and shake my brain around like a bouncy ball inside my head. Now that is no longer a problem. They can give it their best and i don't have to wake up with a headache the next day. I'm happy.
