Bought this gi top as a back up. I'm currently wearing a Fuji, which I've been very pleased with. Immediately upon opening the Ring to Cage gi it's quality is apparent. This is a much heavier feeling pearl weave than I'm familiar with.
I'm 6' 1 1/2" and 230 lbs, broad shouldered and muscularly built. This gi top fits my shoulders and chest perfectly with even a little wiggle room for shrinkage. The sleeves are a tad long but a quick dry will fix that.
It's not overly adorned with patches, which for me is nice. The contrasting green stitches are a nice touch, as the rash guard is also green.
If you're a slimmer guy, (that's close to my height) I wouldn't recommend the A4 for you. The jacket is built roomy, which I love. It has gone from my back up to my primary instantly.
