Had these gloves for a good while about 4 months. I used them on a regular basis for training ( about 5 times a week). In those 4 months, the gloves did not develop any odor, did not develop any damage on the outer layer, and the velcro did not seem to get less attach-y. When it comes to sparring these gloves are great, they are narrow so you get can get those jabs and right hands into their defenses. Two problems so far, the thumb protection is a joke, like i think they just put a couple layers of paper towels around the thumb. (Exaggerating of course) The thumb protection compared to other gloves is not good. I guess the design of the glove called for the sacrifice of decent thumb protection. Just be careful with hooks and uppercuts. Also just recently I noticed that the lining inside the glove has ripped. Don't know what caused it could have been from punching or too much movement of my hand in the glove or just that the lining was bad. Nonetheless a great glove over all.

so far i love these gloves..great for pad work and for hitting the heavy bag. great hand protection. the only thing is that the liner feels thin. but so far great quality and not to mention great wrist support
