Lay the shirt flat with the front facing up and measure from the point where the arm meets the body to the same point on the other side of the shirt. Double that measurement.
Length
Measure from the seam of the back collar (where the top of the tag would be) to the bottom of the waist.
Side
Measure from the point where the arm meets the body to the bottom of the waist.

This is such a nice looking shirt and I wish that the white version were available when I purchased it. In the first wash the red turned to kind of like an orangish pink. Maybe I didn't launder it the right way but I have been doing laundry for a while now and I have never had this problem. But great looking shirt and if you decide to buy it be careful washing. Go for white to I think it looks better.
