These are ok, it's a nice fit, however they aren't really very protective for your knees. On the back it clearly says "not intended for indoor wrestling" which I feel definitely should have been advertised on this website, but wasn't. I used them once for BJJ and while they did a good job of staying in place and were better than nothing, definitely lacked in the category of knee protection. I would go for something with more padding/cushioning.

I have used many kneepads and the neoprene style ones are my favourite. The only downside is they move alot compared to strapped ones. But the strapped ones cut into the knees. These knee pads have neither of those problems. They are great and efficient like every accessory should be. You should always protect your knees when grappling and this is the best product to do it.
