I teach catch as catch can wrestling and catch for MMA. I was very impressed by the style and interesting colors of the rashguards. As far a quality goes, Manto is right next to Rupture imo. It drys great, graphics are dyed in the fabric so you don't have to worry about your opponents elbows rubbing off the print *cough (Nogi). This makes my 3rd manto Rash guard, I found this model to be a little more flexible than my 2 long sleeves.

Iam 6'1'' 225lbs I bought this cause I needed a rash guard for no gi PanAm's(took 3rd) it fits well the only thing I didt like is the stitching in the arm pits are a little to tight and it fells a little anoying when you first put it on but you get use to it. If I got a size bigger then it might not of fit tight enough. made well and thicker material than some which is good so it wont rip as easy.

Can always expect quality from Manto. At the sale price from the warehouse it's a no brainer! Very comfortable and doesn't restrict movement even with the compression. I prefer the manto short sleeves over their long sleeves.

I wear extra large in most shirts, but this was way too tight. I gave it to my son who is about 30 lbs less than me and it fits him perfectly.

great item for the price. very durable material and is great for BJJ training. i work out in a very hot gym and this material is very breathable as well. I don't have very big arms and it seems a bit tight near the bicepts, but not too much. I really like the product.
