What you are seeing is called a watermark, which is used on some unique product photos so that they may not be re-used without permission. It is only to protect the photo and all the products you receive will be without any markings.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Refunds can take up to a full billing cycle to appear on your account from the time they are issued, but in most cases, they post within 2-10 business days.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

Has my order shipped?
Click the Track My Order link here or at the top right hand side of our site and either sign in to view your order history or fill in your Order Number and Billing Postal Code in the Check Order box and click the Check Status button. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Please contact customer service as quickly as possible to make any changes to or cancel your order. We will do our best to update your order while it is in the processing stage. Please note that once an order has shipped, it is no longer able to be altered in any way.
My order never arrived.
Click the Track My Order link here or at the top right hand side of our site and either sign in to view your order history or fill in your Order Number and Billing Postal Code in the Check Order box and click the Check Status button. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.
If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your tracking indicates the package was delivered but you are not in possession of it, please contact customer service for further assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Please check all packing materials to make sure the item was not overlooked. If you are unable to locate the missing item, click the Track My Order link here or at the top right hand side of our site and either sign in to view your order history or fill in your Order Number and Billing Postal Code in the Check Order box and click the Check Status button. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.
Once you have verified the item you did not receive has been marked shipped and delivered, please contact customer service for further assistance.

Click the My Account link here or at the top right hand side of our site and sign in. On the account welcome screen, select Personal Data, Addresses or Payment settings to add or modify your account information.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information, and is based on several factors including the items ordered and the shipping method selected.

How do I buy/redeem a gift card?
Click here to view the gift card item. Select the amount and quantity you wish to purchase and click Add to Cart. Continue checkout normally.
During Checkout Step 2: Billing, you will enter the gift card number in the box next to 'Redeem Gift Certificate,' and press the Apply button. You can also check your available gift card balance during this step.
How do I use a coupon?
You can add a coupon code to your order in your Shopping Cart and during Checkout Step 2: Billing. Type the coupon code in the box next to 'Enter Coupon Code' and click the Apply button.
How do I look up someone's wish list?
Click here to open the Wish List Search and fill in the first name and last name or email address in the appropriate fields and click search.
International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
We are always trying our best to reach as many customers as possible and the list of countries we ship to is constantly growing. To see if we currently ship to your country, add an item to your cart, view the cart and click the Checkout Now button on the right under Guest Checkout. On the address entry page, you can view the list of countries we currently ship to. If your country is not in the drop down menu of available countries, unfortunately, we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. Currently, we accept debit/credit cards and paypal.
When will my order be shipped and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
