I wear this for all exercise related activities. I don't use it specifically for cutting weight. Loss of water weight is only temporary anyway. I have bilateral shoulder injuries (accumulated over the years), so this shirt helps to keep the area Supported and Warm. I tolerate the (sometimes) excessive sweat, and compensate with added hydration, to have this valuable benefit. This area of the body is HARD to support! (I'm a doctor too)

Great product here. Does exactly what it says it does. Its a sweat suit. Great for cardio training to help lose those extra pounds and really build up a sweat. Great for sparring too. No problems with it at all.

What else to cut weight. Once I start to workout in the first 5 minutes I start to sweat

i use the product for jogging, sparring and just overall training. NO! i dont use it all the time.. and i dont recommend it either for an everyday use. though for cutting water weight OOO yes! it works.. and its good.. just make sure to get the right size you dont want it to tight. its very simple to clean. and you body doesnt overheat like a plastic suite, your body can still breath from the kutting weight shirt.. i think the only thing i hate about it, is the size its a bit to tight.
