I've actually had this belt since 2007 (its now 2012). I've had to move around a lot being in the military, so my BJJ training has been a little here, a little there. One of the most noticable things about this belt is that it never comes untied. My belt is the last to come untied when we're rolling. Usually, after a few rounds, while everyone else is grabbing thier belts off the mat, I'm un-tieing mine because that's easier than tucking my gi back in to the belt. This year, some of the stitching has started to unravel a little, but the belt isn't falling apart by any means. Fortunately, I should be getting my next belt soon. I'm a very particular when it comes to my belt, I am looking at different brands out of curiosity to find the very best (looking at maybe an Isami or Hayabusa), but if another belt doesn't work out, I'll be right back to my Koral in a heart beat!
